What makes living here awful are the neighbors. You will hear them snoring through the walls. You will hear footsteps upstairs, next door and even downstairs. Carpet rule is not enforced. None of the quiet rules are enforced honestly. If you decide to purchase in this building just scout the building well to see who your neighbors will be. If you value sleep you may not want to purchase an apartment below or next to a family with young children as you will hear them running back and forth all day. Also the building is infested with roaches. They have an exterminator and they try to keep it under control but they can't. I sold my unit and moved far far away.
