Building management handed over secretly more times than we can count. They are non communicative, rude or simply non responsive when we reach out for service requests, and they lie to us. There was a break in about a year ago and that information was not communicated to the other tenants. Vital functions, such as my personal door key, has been deactivated, and I get no response when I reach out. Another instance of rubbing salt in the wound, I am a woman and I never get a response. My partner, who is a man, will at the very get an email saying "sorry there's nothing we can do." when he reaches out, despite the fact that we both are on the lease and pay rent. Other tenants have this problem as well. This rental is beautiful, and we love the neighborhood, but it it severely overpriced and inconvenient considering what services we were promised but never got. From the first day of living here, it's been nothing but problems and whoever the management is now seems to have to resolve to fix it. Unfortunate to have signed a two year lease just to be stuck with these problems.
