As the building ages, it’s held up relatively well. Some of the early luxuries are no more like the pool and gym (gone). The fitness center is a makeshift with equipment stuffed into a tiny condo. It’s crazy not to have a pool given what we pay. Air B&B took over and were only driven out by a raid, bad press and aggressive legal action. I wouldn’t buy here but renting should be fine. The sky lounge is the highlight.
