COVID-19 has changed the way many are celebrating the holidays this year. Many of us are hosting much smaller gatherings or foregoing travel altogether. However this doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice your favorite Thanksgiving foods. Whether you’re looking to scale down this holiday or partake in outdoor dining, NYC still offers some great dining options if you got a late start. Celebrate Thanksgiving in NYC with our list of restaurants still offering dinner for dine-in or takeout. 

Manhattan Restaurants Serving Thanksgiving Dinner

Bubby’s, Tribeca

Want to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal, but avoid Thursday’s crowds? Look no further than NYC favorite, Bubby’s. They’ll be serving up Thanksgiving plates through Wednesday starting at $40. While they do take walk-ins, making a reservation is encouraged. 

Rezdôra, Flatiron

Buck tradition and go for Italian instead. Rezdôra, a New York Times three star restaurant, is serving  up mouthwatering handmade pasta and Emilia-Rogamgna cuisine. Dine outdoors or take out a family style feast. Thanksgiving prix fixe dinners are $125 per person.

Reverence, Harlem

Reverence’s Thanksgiving meal kits make preparing dinner a breeze. All you have to do is heat and serve. Each kit feeds 2-4 people and comes with a 10-12 pound turkey, appetizers, delicious sides, dessert and a bottle of wine for $325. 

Petee’s Pie company, Lower East Side & Brooklyn

Just need dessert? Pick up a pie from Petee’s. While they are no longer taking Thanksgiving orders online, you can pick up pies in person at their Lower East Side or Brooklyn locations.

Brooklyn Chop House, Financial District

Two words: Peking turkey. This Financial district steakhouse is serving up this delectable bird with cranberry plum sauce, and rice pancakes. This meal serves 6-8 people for $296. Take out options are also available. 

COTE, Financial District

NYC’s first Korean Steakhouse is the perfect option for those looking to escape traditional Thanksgiving fare. No boring turkey here. Instead patrons can dine in for a feast of wagyu beef with various seasonal accompaniments for $85 per person.

Extra Virgin, West Village

If you’re looking for a blend of traditional Thanksgiving fare and some new flavors for your tastebuds, check out Extra Virgin in the West Village. Open for both dine-in or pick up, their prix fixe menu has a variety of entrees to please anyone’s palate. 

The Dutch, SoHo

While it’s too late to order takeout at the Dutch, their dine-in menu more than makes up for having to put on real pants. Patrons can choose from a prix fixe menu with choice of appetizers, family style main course and dessert. Prices start at $130 per person.

Brooklyn Restaurants Serving Thanksgiving Dinner

Pulkies, Downtown Brooklyn

If barbecue is more your speed, don’t sleep on Pulkies. This Jewish-style barbecue restaurant makes pulled and hand sliced barbecue turkey the stars of its Thanksgiving meal. The heat and serve dinners are available for parties of two or larger starting at $120. Vegetarian options are also available. Pickup at Dekalb Market.

Palo Santo, Gowanus

Located on the border of Park Slope and Gowanus, Palo Santo is known for it’s delicious Pan-Latin cuisine. Patrons can choose to dine in for a three course prix fixe menu starting at $65 per person or opt to take Thanksgiving dinner to go. Vegetarian and fish options are available in addition to a kid’s menu. Free delivery offered to those living in Brooklyn. 

Winner, Park Slope

If you’re looking to pick and choose Thanksgiving staples for takeout, beloved Park Slope bakery and cafe Winner has you covered. Choose from savory and sweet options, perfectly portioned for two people 

Le Crocodile, Williamsburg

Located within the Wythe Hotel, Le Crocodile is offering a Thanksgiving feast with all the fixins. The venue offers both indoor and outdoor dining at $110 per person. 

Queens Restaurants Serving Thanksgiving Dinner

Casa del Chef, Woodside

Bring your appetite to this Bib Gourmand awarded restaurant for a mouthwatering prix fixe meal. In addition to the turkey with Worcestershire and mushroom gravy with all the trimmings, diners can indulge in a butternut squash soup and apple bread pudding with cheesy Ecuadorian chocolate. Vegetarian menu also available. Prix fixe dinner for $55 per person.  

Victory Garden Cafe, Astoria

Thanksgiving Greek style. A longtime neighborhood favorite for tasty bites and happy hour, Victory Garden Cafe has a spacious outdoor dining set up perfect for sharing a meal with close friends and family. Choose mains like Greek-style turkey with stuffing, paidakia baby lamb chops or shrimp scampi starting at $25.
