Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos has recently dropped $16 million and added to his list of properties with his recent purchase in New York City. His new NYC space is a 3 bed, 3,000 sqft apartment that’s located in the same building where he previously purchased three other units in 2019. His other spaces in the building includes a three-level penthouse along with two apartment units located below it and is estimated to be worth $80 million in total. In fact, his newly purchased apartment is located right under the penthouse and two units. This means Bezos owns the top four floors of the condominium building and $96 million of real estate. He plans to combine these four units to create one massive apartment penthouse in the future.
The three-level penthouse he purchased in 2019 is 10,000 sqft and has 5 beds and 5.5 baths. The space includes a great room, formal dining room, lounge area, and 5,000 sqft terrace. Best of all, the top floor is made up of one room that is surrounded by glass doors that lead to a wraparound terrace that features beautiful views of the Manhattan skyline.
